言葉が、圧倒的な威力を持って語りかけてきます
しっかりとしたアメリカ合衆国建国からの歴史認識、
世界、合衆国を取り巻く現状認識に基き
明確にこれからのビジョンを示し、
合衆国国民を奮い立たせています
よく取り上げられている
”新しい責任の時代”は
次のパラグラフで用いられています
Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them may be new. But those values upon which our success depends — hard work and honesty, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism — these things are old. These things are true. これが、私たちの自由と信念(creed)の意味だ。なぜあらゆる人種と信仰の男性と女性、子供がこの広大な(magnificent)広場に集い、共に祝えるのか。そしてなぜ、60年足らず前だったら地元のレストランで食事をさせてもらえなかったかもしれない父を持つ男が、（大統領就任の）神聖な宣誓のためにあなたたちの前に立つことができるのか、ということだ。

とても理解するのが難しいものです
誤解を恐れずに、あえて言えば、
この”責任”の対極にある考え方が
物事を他人、親、上司、会社、政治家、政治、国のせいと考え
だから親、会社、国が最後まで面倒見るのが当然だ
とする考え方ではないでしょうか？
